And the fastest rental didn't disappoint, they were fast and driving straight/symmetrically (which can't be said for all rental karts). The track is challenging and timing is done for every driver, you get results via email but also on screens in the paddock. 1 little detail, the kart I rode in my second heat did not auto-limit itself to half speed in the in-lap at the end while all others did so. This caught me off guard as I instinctively overtook all the "slowpokes". Not realising they were limited and mine wasn't, as I was in a heated battle and focussing on laptime/track position. Resulting in a crash with another driver. I feel like this safety concern should be addressed as the only indications are to look for the single flag-waver at the pit entry, or the limiter. If this system is not failsafe (as it was in my case) there should be other clear indications that show the session is ending. This was hella fun. Definitely recommend to do with a bunch of people! Really nice (outside) track! Pretty consistent and a nice place to have a drink with a good view on the track. The people there know what they're doing! The carts were amazing!
