Food was terribly plain. Had to make my girlfriend remind me that I should not spend money at BK again. Good food, kinda clean, but serving the food is their problem... first time I ordered a milkshake, it was pretty nice, but the next day, I ordered the same, and it tasted completely different... not very good. 35 deg outside and the air conditioning and ice machine were not working. Even though I should not expect too much of a Fastfood resraurant, the food here tastes disgusting. It feels like you are chewing meat and cheese flavoured rubber. And it is too overpriced as well. Not the first time I'm not pleased with the experience, but usually there's a lot of traffic and I can understand mistakes are easier to make. But today - almost empty. Our order was a bit bigger, but nothing extreme, and half of it was wrong. 1 - we didn't get the toy inside the kids menu box 2 - mini pancakes could easily hurt someone if I threw them. Stale, dry, hard as a rock. We didn't get the sauce/syrup with them. 3 - the mini raclettes were also stale, ultra salty (but that could be our personal preference) 4 - nutella king fusion had literally 4 specs of nutella, so it was basically all ice cream with a few chocolate bites 5 - ice coffe we got was a hot double espresso I am actually amazed how just one order can get so messed up. I can understand a forgotten sauce or something, but this is unacceptable. Every time I choose BK over McD you prove me wrong. Out shopping been a while stopped by and tried new menu item was very good....only thing that was not good ...
