Has everything a traveler needs: shower, kitchen and lots of space. Supermarket is just about a 10 minute walk away. Overpriced, though. Horrible place if you are looking for a quiet place to camp. The owner organizes parties in a tent right next to the camping compound. The owner did not inform us at check in... When we arrived in the evening, there was some sort of wedding going on, with terrible music (extremely loud) till late at night. At midnight there was 5 minutes of extreme fireworks! Like we were in war zone... Unreal. We never come here again and we definitely don't recommend it to anyone! Absolutely beautiful and quiet and clean campsite! There are not many showers and hot water is provided from boiler thank, so was scarce unless you came first in the queue. The showers are situated in a sauna area which is rather atmospheric but also quite 'explicit' which my children found disturbing/scary. Did not see a kitchen, but there is washing up facility. Expensive, quite kitsch and the staff is not the friendliest but generally clean (showers/toilets in good order, nice picknick tables for tent users) and close to Tallinn. I don't like to give such a bad review, but I really want to address an important thing. They have two dogs, who are running free. The one dog is "only" barking at you, when entering the area from outside by foot/bike, the other one snapped after my leg, when I wanted to leave the area by bike. When rereading the comments after my stay, I read that a Spanish couple was attacked before, so this was not the first incident. Especially for people afraid of dogs, I can not recommend to stay there. This ist very sad, because in general, it is a simple, but quiet nice place. It was clean and designed with love. The owners were nice. Als Campingplatz etwas fragwürdig, es sei denn, das Wichtigste sind große perfekt gemähte Rasenflächen…. Die sanitäre Situation ist völlig untragbar, insbesondere, wenn man nicht mehr, wie wir am 1. Tag allein auf dem Riesenplatz ist, sondern 40 Franzosen einfallen. Wifi ist angeblich da, funktioniert aber nicht. Der Betreiber hat auch kein Interesse sich zu kümmern und ist eher von der unfreundlichen Sorte. Der einzige Vorteil ist, dass man mit dem Hund im Grünen ist und trotzdem nah an Vilnius. Da muss man abwägen. Sehr angenehmer platz, aber unmöglicher und gieriger Besitzer. Ich habe meine Tochter mit Famillie dorthin zurück gebracht nachdem deren Auto mit Schaden in Werkstatt zu bleiben hatte. Wollte noch ein wenig mit ihnen reden, sie verlangten aber 5,-€ pro halbe Stunde die ich dort bleiben würde. Ich kenne estland und habe so etwas unverschämtes dort nie erlebt.👎👎👎👎 muss nun auf seine Antwort antworten weil er lügt. Man kann dort nicht unerkannt hinein und er hat uns reingelassen nachdem wir ihm alles erklärten. Nach ca 20 min kam er nach und erläuterte sehr unfreundlich seine Forderungen. Schade dass er zu alldem auch noch lügt. Really nice garden but that was all. It was the only one campsite in ten nights without kitchen. It has only one sink with cold water and it is used for hand washing after using WC and for washing dishes as well. Very bad. Wir waren Mitte September für 8 Tage auf dem Campingplatz. Sehr nette Begrüßung und Verabschiedung. Die Anlage ist großflächig und sehr gepflegt. Viel Rasen und auch geteerte Stellfläche für große Wohnmobile. Busanbindung nach Tallinn und Einkaufsmöglichkeit/Frisör war super erreichbar (ca.1km). Wir kommen gerne wieder. My 50 birthday took place here,at Kivi Talu on 22nd of July. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and remarkable,as my guests were more than pleased.Thought,i have to admit the music we played was a little loud this evening,also the fireworks wasn t missing.....:) For that,i totally understand why some other people were maybe upset and annoyed. My sincere appologies to you,Mr George Orwell,as you felt forced to leave because of disturbing noise. Alltogether,it is an amazing,peaceful place to recommend for everybody who wants to enjoy beautiful Estonian nature and just to have a good time.
