Excellent pizza! Staff was all extremely nice and patient with us as we only spoke English and they spoke French, of course! Pizza was cooked perfectly, a little charred on the edges and had a great flavor. Would highly rein you are in the La Farlede area. Well worth this visit. Excellent place with friendly staff that seems to enjoy telling you about their giving you tips and tricks on how to use them. The part was our favourite. Informative, friendly and highly recommended! Very nice and cozy place with an amazing around the mill. was recommended to go better during the season (between end of September to end of December). But we happened to be here in July and still are really impressed by how passionate and welcoming they are. The was full of surprises and leaves you wanting more and more of the different oils, vinegars and sweets they do with local olives. Definitely recommend to book in advance as well as have a bag cause you’ll want to buy all the store ☺️ What a lovely time we had visiting this old mill. Need to sign up for a visit. Everything is incredibly well organized. They give information on all things oil and offer samplings of so many different local products. Not only is the wonderfully informative, the personnel is so friendly and knowledgeable, and the are sublime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A small word of caution, be sure to check that the small oil souvenir bottles are well sealed before travelling with them. One of ours was leaking but thankfully we caught it on time. Amazing and of the oils and other stunning We visited the Moulin du Partégal for its XIV-century history and booked the English tour. At first, waiting outside instead of browsing the shop felt odd—but it made perfect sense after the tour. The was warm, fluent in English, and highly knowledgeable about both traditional and modern oil production. We loved learning how their zero-waste, circular process works. The at the end was excellent—delicious oils and local products, with great tips on how to use them. It’s a Learn, Taste, then Buy experience that adds real meaning to what you take home. We were four adults from Denmark and all agreed: far exceeded expectations. Highly recommended stop! We had an wonderful and with Aurore!
