I do NOT recommend this ice place at all... My ice was ready in less than one minute after my order which may me doubt that it was freshly made. The taste was bad! for more than 9€, one can go to Delhaize or Match and just buy a bowl of Ben & Jerry ice cream- better ratio price /quality. Service was unfriendly as hell. They drop the ice on the table and left without a single word and we were charged for that... This place is a joke... Never again. The Staff of this place is always really respectful and stands right at your disposition, alone for staff this place would deserve 5 stars, but I ve already had an better Ice experience in my life which is the reason I could only give 3Stars rating. If you ask me this place is missing inovation and new sorts of IceCream, maybe they should try to add every season a new special sort. What I respect a lot, that this places hires students to gain some money during the school day's off. We had proper coffee after only a few minutes waiting, and the banana split looked exactly like in the menu. Ice is poor quality, chemical taste. Ice from ALDI has a better price / quality ratio. Waiting was very very short which gives the impression they prepare the ice creams up front. Service was ok, not a cheerful or anything. I can understand the grumpiness other refer to but that might just be a cultural thing. Would recommend to go for one of the places at the square few meters further. Nice for a break. Wanted to get ice after dinner, but apparently 1.5h before closing time is too late to get there. Got shooed out of the place and could only get take away ice cream. Extremely unfriendly service by the two men that were on service that night. the ice was not good most of it was just ice plus the oreos were old/out of date!!! I've never seen worse service. I was with my daughter and the woman was very impatient when serving the ice to us. Then we sat at one of the tables, the terrace was nearly empty and the woman came angrily and sent us away without giving any reason. When I asked her why, she nervously started talk to me Russian asking if I am from Russia.
