Unique Brighton worth a visit. Couldn't recommend the Box Spa enough. We booked an evening with a pamper package and there was enough that we shared with the rest of our group. Such clean and wonderful facilities, places to change, range of pools, place to put your stuff, wonderful hosts. Just a fabulous way to spend a couple of hours. ❤️ at Box! The ritualistic was superb, of self cleansing, release and reflection, with showers and baths - it really heightened all my senses. I would definitely recommend this place. Such a wonderful and relaxing - I could not recommend these sessions with the master anymore. The space and are so welcoming; it doesn’t matter if it’s your first or tenth, you’ll feel safe and happy. Amazing ice balls, leaf whisking and salt scrub from Master Sally. There is a beautiful seating area with a fire in the middle to chill out. I wasn't brave enough to do the ice bucket shower but I did a plunge. I finished with a 15-minute massage from Rich. 10/10 evening with friends in a really inclusive and joyful space :) What a fabulous experience… just dreamy. The were so kind, knowledgeable & attentive. The ice pool and bucket showers were invigorating & the Saunas themselves were magical. We enjoyed a fabulous ‘grounding’ ice ball & the orange segments were a perfect touch! The views out to sea just made it very Brighton. We will be back! A perfect morning! The saunas are really well looked after and the were so friendly and helpful. We went for a salt scrub and enjoyed the different levels of plunge. Also, a little before the end the brought us orange slice to eat in the Sauna, which was a nice touch and an unexpected sensory delight with all the nice smells of the wood and orange peel. We were in the little sauna, and it really kicked out some heat!! We ordered the Aufgass Platter (Ice balls with essential oils) and the served them up intermittently for us , absolutely bliss!! We had the nicest time, the saunas had a beautiful view over the and the sea and we were kindly offered some orange slices and water during our session :) They also have a nice ice-bath tub and a shower, but we didn’t make use of them since we just went into the sea.
