Not much parking on site, but we managed to park on the roads not far from here. Well catered for kids birthday parties, with several private rooms. There is a cafe upstairs with seating. There is a lift for those who need it. Toilets onsite too. First time here on Sunday 5th October 2025. It’s big and plenty to play. They have great facilities, and anyone can join in the fun! The balcony can overlook the play area and it’s great for anyone who doesn’t want to participate. A must if you like jumping. Great place for kids to burn energy! First time we had been for a double session. Isaac very helpful in explaining how this works and To y happy to guide my kids to the right place to queue for their session. Been loads of times before but will def consider double session again as kids always want more than one hour! I always enjoy sitting with a coffee in the cafe! Great time for me as well! It was very busy, there were two adults, three children and a toddler. It gets very warm in there. I definitely wore the wrong clothes I cooked. My toddler absolutely loved it and lasted 40 minutes out of the hour. As always, you get some kids that think they own the place, but I paid my money just like them, so if my little girl is having a turn, you will not be making her move. Once she's had her turn (a toddler, so not even 30 seconds), you can have your turn. Handy as off the motorway so easy access, sufficient parking, friendly (and funny) staff. Warm and cold food served upstairs and lockers. Now, for the venue and layout.. 3 words, "bring a towel" as the 2 hours session across the flat able area, climbing, jumping, bouncing.. you'll need it. It was so much fun and great to see how children who met in an environment of fun can instantly get along. Well worth it and certainly returning again soon. Awful… to loud to busy to much. My daughter attended a party it was supposed to start at 1:30 didn’t get to go into party room till 3pm … you have to wait around the foyer that has no organisation at all. Completely chaotic environment. Over priced everything no semi skimmed milk only full fat when went to get a coffee that is so weak it’s disgusting. All staff look like they are fresh out of school. Took my nephew here, was a great day out. The cleanliness could be a bit better but otherwise no complaints! my nephews absolutely loved it and we will definitely be returning. We’ve been fairly regular visitors to Jump In Burgess Hill and have generally enjoyed having this facility nearby. However, our recent experiences have been disappointing enough that I feel compelled to leave a review—especially after receiving no response to the feedback email I sent over a week ago. On more than one visit, staff have prevented our son from using certain areas because they believed he wasn’t yet 5 years old. While I completely understand the importance of safety, our son is 5. He was born prematurely and is smaller than some of his peers, but we've made every effort to ensure this doesn’t affect his confidence. Unfortunately, being challenged repeatedly by staff, even after we explained his age, has left him feeling singled out and confused. These interactions happened in front of other children (causing them and their parents to wait and observe the interaction) and felt unnecessarily dismissive and tactless. In my opinion, a more considerate and objective approach might be to use a height-based system rather than age alone, which would prevent children and parents from being put in these uncomfortable situations. Additionally, we've been asked to leave five minutes before our hour-long session ended during our last two visits. This may seem minor, but when you’re paying for an hour and trying to give your child a full experience, it makes a difference—especially to a young child who doesn’t understand why their time is being cut short. We’ve always supported this place and want it to be the best it can be, but recent experiences have left us frustrated and disappointed—and the lack of response from the team only adds to that.
