Amazing outdoor hot pool and some indoors pools with hot water - different temperature in every pool. Indoors pool are for me claustrophobic, so prefer outdoor one. They have got saunas as well, prices are high. People like it anyway. View from outdoor pool is lovely, there is a pine tree forest near by and the aroma of it is nice. You can have coffee after bath in restaurant right by the corner. Nice place to relax and enjoy holidays. This was the second time I have used these for swimming and I must say the healing powers of the waters was amazing. Fantastic staff and I hope to be back there some time in the future. A well deserved 5 stars Pools and saunas are clean and nice, service is OK, but there is stink of urine in dressing rooms and it is disgusting. Overall pretty good, but the hygiene in the locker rooms is often subpar. :/ The receptionist does not speak English. Could not even got in. Parking is like 800 meters from entrance. Big disappointment. Closed due occupancy???? No receptionist can speak English. Even a word. They used google translate and screenshot it and then sent it over to communicate. They told us with google translate that the wellness is "occupied". There's no parking area if you are a tourist. And there's nothing written in English anywhere. Just in Slovakian. But this is not even new. We've been to 3 hotels so far, met 5 receptionists and only 2 of them could talk English. The others couldn't speak or understand English anywhere. Wanted to give 0/5 but sadly i can only give 1/5 stars. The thing that's the most shameful is that since they cant speak or read or understand English they wont understand this review either. Worlwide brands, Man’s and woman’s fashion We have just been literally chased away by nasty receptionist at LD Mier who couldn't bother to explain to us how the use of pools for visitors with children works. She was yelling at us telling us we should have known Tuesday is cleaning day and what are we doing there with a child under the age of 15. Horrible service, horrible receptionist, don't bother going there unless you know how it all works.
