I am no expert on Swiss indoor playgrounds, but for you tourists who have been to indoor playgrounds around the world, this one is quite small for the price. I would recommend under 6 going, not over 6. Not much fun for older kids. Can’t bring your own drinks and food, that’s a minus. Maybe normal in Switzerland, I wouldn’t know. Anyways. Playground is big and has several smaller themed areas for all ages. We love the fact that drinks are all available to serve yourself with an easy payment system. Food is simple and fast-foody in style but made fresh and fairly priced. Would recommend to all for a nice indoor activity in the area. Good for over 4 i’ll say. Clean place, we didn’t try the food. Place is pretty, however, hot temperatures are killing all the fun. And it was coldest day of the week. Please fix the a/c, then it may be 5*. Took my nephews there on a rainy day. It’s a huge area with lots of fun things to do for children. Even us adults had fun playing table football. We spent many hours there and although it’s not cheap it’s still worth it. We had a hard time convincing the children to leave. Great indoor playground. The prefer it and we come back regularly. Was a rainy vacation day so we had two toddlers wanting to get out. They loved it here. Easily spent about 3 hours. The price was 20 CHF for each child and then extra if you buy food there. There is shops nearby and food places to go after, but just be aware you can't go back in...which we planned for and did fine. Place is clean and well kept. I will advise parents to put non slip socks on your kids!! Socks are required and it can get slippery, especially for the toddlers. Staff was fine, not super cheerful but didn't bother us. really enjoyed the place. Lots to do, lots of space, clean, food was ok - potatoes very nice! Token "batch" system for payment is a great idea but needs some work. Ordering of food for the computer can be a bit tricky. This place is beautiful, but it’s really expensive! Why should I pay 18 francs for one child? I have a one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and the only area suitable for her is one small space, which wasn’t very fun for her. She got a bit bored and didn’t play much… I also have another child who’s 3 years old, so I ended up paying 41 francs!! The price should really be lower because that would bring you more customers. I was there yesterday, on a Sunday, and there weren’t many kids—I assume it’s because it’s too expensive. If you lower the price, you’ll actually earn more money! The Staff is extremely unethical and moreover rude!!! I was shocked to experience the distasteful manner of the staff. They ignored me @ the Kitchen. After 5 minutes Inwalked off.
