Very nicely situated on the river, allows you to combine a swim in the river and some pool with the kids. The swimming pool has a selection of areas (baby, kids, youths, slide, diving, lengths). The asian food in the restaurant was great. Its not 5 star due to parking distance and a somewhat old appearance. Restaurant Aarebad Muri, I traveled with my bike there, went inside to have a lunch, after 40 minutes someone from the staff throw my bike after the garbage bin in the woods upside down. My bike was damaged, and lady at the entrance wasn’t helpful in finding a person who is responsible for this. Avoid this place. A very relaxing, beautiful and enjoyable place. Food is nice and affordable. Nice place for children too. Amazing place to chill, relax and enjoy the river. It’s a perfect place to beat the summer heat. It has entrance fee, but for that you get amazingly kept place with grass, pools and an array of other water activities in which all generations can enjoy. I highly recommend this place for family relaxation and fun! 5-7 years old are free 😃 Well, what to say, the place I grew up. Directly at the border of the river Aare. Great food options. Entrance fee is very good value. Clean good fun.in my slightly biased opinion one is the best lido I know of def. The best restaurant in a lido I came across. What a amazing location ….but if your looking for cleanliness or friendliness your definitely at the wrong address.. the staff at the restaurant are amazing, friendly and there food is just to die for! Must try the duck!! As to the staff on the grounds well there is plenty room for improvement. The lifeguard have a lot to learn on how to talk to guest and customer service. Next would be there grass that they hardly maintain, and well the excessive use of chlorine make me question the why.. Shame I’ve been going to this pool for over 30 years and am now questioning where or not to go back next year.. Unfortunately this year, the quality and service have gone down hill!!! The baby pool is not emptied daily....it used to be ... the grass is not cut regularly , watch out for the bees! The area around the pool often stinks.not washed down regularly. Very sad .We have had a seasonal pass the last 8 years and it was never this bad. This being said the location is superb, this has not changed. Bud this year has been full of disappointments like the time I found the cleaning cabinet open and accessible to children with cleaning products in it... The restaurant is still the best around ,great staff and amazing food!!! So glad that hasn’t changed! Aarebad disapointment! Get your act together !
