Our with Airtime was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! My wife, my daughter, her beloved monkey soft toy, and I had the of our lives. Their professionalism and responsiveness were what first impressed us. I was booked for Nov 20, 2025, but when I texted for confirmation on the 19th, they proactively suggested we come that same day at 12 PM instead. They had foreseen potential snow on the 20th—and they were completely right! Thanks to their vigilance, we got to fly under perfect conditions. We felt incredibly lucky and well taken care of. Communication was super clear. They patiently answered all our questions about what to bring, assuring us that small bags or jackets could be packed into their gear. They have their own GoPro for fantastic photos and videos but are flexible if your own camera can be secured safely (safety first—nothing can be dropped!). The whole team, especially our pilots, were incredibly friendly, fun, and reassuring. Meeting at the Schilthornbahn cable car was easy. From there, they guided us warmly to the take-off point, gave clear instructions, and before we knew it, we were running and then soaring above the breathtaking scenery of Mürren. The itself was the smoothest, most serene "sitting flight" we've ever experienced—the are indescribably spectacular. And if you're up for some extra fun, they can add some exhilarating G-force roller coaster maneuvers that had us all laughing with joy! The landing was gentle and perfectly executed. I had the BEST in Mürren and my pilot Jack was amazing! The online booking process was so easy. This was my first and I was excited but a little nervous. Jack made the so fun and put my nerves at ease. The takeoff was easy – just a few running steps. Once we were in the air, it was so peaceful with the most amazing views. I got a chance to steer the paraglider, and then Jack did some “tricks” – he spun us all around. It was scary but so fun! Jack also got lots of fun photos and videos during our flight! Booking online was easy, and the meeting location was conveniently located close to the Mürren cable car station. They sent a text via WhatsApp 24 hours prior to confirm the booking with helpful information. My friend and I got there early and didn't have to wait at all. Our guides took us on a short steep walk up to the takeoff (a grassy hill not a cliff lol) where they explained everything to us in detail and helped calmed our fears. I was so anxious leading up to paragliding, but I was paired with Jack and he was so kind and reassuring! The takeoff and landing were so smooth, and it felt like we were just floating through the air. I got to fly for about 20 minutes which was awesome. Jack let me steer for a bit and then did some cool tricks at the end which was exhilarating! The were unreal, and it was the highlight of my in Switzerland. When we visited Switzerland in August 2025, my son and I had an unforgettable in Mürren with Airtime Paragliding. Our tandem pilots, Jack and Ben, deserve all the credit. These two were absolute legends: professional, friendly, and somehow able to make two first-timers feel like seasoned flyers. We showed up equal parts excited and nervous, but Jack & Ben instantly dialed down the nerves and dialed up the fun. Takeoff was surprisingly effortless, and once we were floating above the valley, the ride was smooth, peaceful, and almost surreal. The of the cliffs, the valley, and the waterfall were jaw-dropping. I even got to steer the paraglider for a moment before Jack kicked things up a notch with some aerial tricks that had me on my toes! He also snapped a ton of great photos and videos on his GoPro, so we’ve got the evidence to prove we actually did this and didn’t just brag about it.
