My girlfriend had some pain in her knee after walking a lot, and was immediately contacted by a member of staff when they noticed, who talked to her about what could be done to prevent it in future. No pressure to buy anything though, just friendly advice. Fantastisk og gode trailsko Jeg havde en rigtig god oplevelse hos Eventyrsport, da jeg skulle finde et par nye trailsko. Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme og havde en viden på området, de tog sig tid til at vejlede mig, så jeg fandt det helt rigtige par. Servicen var i top, og jeg gik derfra med stor tilfredshed. Skoene kom hurtigt på prøve, og jeg tog dem ud på min første løbetur – en fantastisk oplevelse! De sad perfekt, gav godt greb i terrænet og føltes stabile hele vejen. Det bekræftede bare, at jeg havde fået den rette vejledning i butikken. Alt i alt en virkelig positiv oplevelse både i butikken og ude på sporet. Nice selection and staff, but one star for one simple reason: the label prices and actual prices do not match! I abhor this type of scam and will never shop here again and will warn others not to do so either. It can be a simple mistake but then my wife noticed the 300 dkk discrepancy and notified the cashier, only to be told it was indeed a mistake and they can take it back. Although my wife was okay with it, I am not as nice as her I guess. This is not acceptable, you cannot simply put a lower price "by mistake" (funny how every time this mistake happens the price is lower than it should be and never higher), and then say "oops well you didn't fall for it so you can take it or leave it", you have to give the money back, otherwise you are just scamming people by showing lower prices. It is your responsibility to either make sure the prices are always 100% correct or that your staff is trained in following the given price tag. I have observed similar things before albeit in other shops and will not stand for this again. I will also be reporting this to Forbrugerombudsmanden. Edit: I am taking this review to a 3-star from 1-star in the hopes that management will pay actual attention to this and correct their mistakes.
