An excellent place for rest, privacy and relaxation. There are many trails on the mountain, several playgrounds. There is a restaurant. Very beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley. For those who will be hiking on the summit of Mother Mountain. In Budes district. Voralberg province, Austria . This cable car station will make your journey to the top of the mountain very convenient. With its advanced technology and relatively high safety, cleanliness is excellent. The prices are clearly stated and straightforward, and the staff is very helpful. And the peaks are so unhappy that I'm perfect for passing by kids, dogs, and walking around. I intend to go back here again, of course, if there's a chance it could be a mess on the day off. Holidays in Austria WHAT AN AMAZING COUNTRY Done numerous trips, walks and climbs in the mountains. Muttersberg is a fantastic walk from the valley up to the top. See for yourself. Attached a few photos from the top. What a view. Pics are from surrounding mountains which also can be walked and / or climbed. Well worth visiting………. We enjoyed a beautiful winter hike from Muttersberg Talstation to the Bergstation, followed by a delicious meal at Alpengasthof Muttersberg. The service was excellent, though it’s worth noting that we visited during the week, so it might be busier during peak times. Either way, when heading to the mountains, it’s always best to bring a little patience! P.S. You can pay with a credit card when purchasing tickets at the Talstation, but at the Bergstation, it’s cash only. That said, the staff kindly allowed us to pass through, and we paid on our way back down. It's a nice ride until the top but I still find it expensive - €25 round trip for an adult ticket. There is a parking place for cars that is payed which I think makes absolute non sense, since there is nothing around so why would you park your car there if not to go up in the mountain!? Up in the mountain the views are wonderful. There is a very big restaurant with a playroom for kids and clean toilets. Outside you have several options for a nice walk in the nature or hiking paths. The is also a nice spielplatz for the kids. Is one of my favourite seilbahns in Vorarlberg but, again, overpriced if you want to go there often. Very nice time spended with family. Nature is so nice. Schould visit. Amazing view, on the top is the restaurant, super friendly and helpful, a big playground for children, is totally worth it. Highly recommend it We bought an ascent and descent card. Went up on the lift, but went down on foot. Thought that it is possible to return the money for the descent or use this card another day. But we were refused: they said that in such a case the money cannot be returned and the card is not valid on another day. And this despite the fact that this lift is the most expensive in the region, we paid 23 euros each! It is not user-friendly at all!
