For us it was very functional. It is not far from the airport, about 7 min of driving. Reception is Opened 24/7 as we arrived late. Breakfast was not bad, rooms were clean. If you want to stay super close to the yeah sure. Other than that room cleaning was not bad, breakfast is non-existent. Food was really really bad. I’m not going to complain about the plane noises since it is literally right next to the airport. The is very nice in terms of its location. However, I cannot say the same about cleanliness and service. Bed linens have not been changed, there is no bidet in the toilet, there are bread crumbs on the chairs and floors. The breakfast is a complete fiasco. The tables of those sitting before us were not cleaned, their bread was stale, and there was very little variety. Be sure to be careful when choosing a hotel! Very bad experience. We arrived at the around 5am after a long delay and, instead of helping us, the staff were indifferent and rude. The room was in a terrible state: dirty sheets without pillowcases, no towels and a broken toilet. There was no intention to fix the problems or offer any compensation. I would not recommend it to anyone – definitely the worst stay I have ever had. Good place!! 10 minutes from airport. Fine breakfast, towels, sheets. Recommend! Take a taksi taxi or in because it is cheaper then transfer by hotel. It was so and beautiful, it was my favorite in all the Balkan tour. Honestly we were so lucky to have found this place last minute. We were left stranded at the at 2am as another we booked made a mistake. We met Vladimir at the desk and he made arrangements for us straight away! Super friendly and helpful. The location is great as it's very close to the and easy to get to with a taxi. The rooms were super big , more than I'm used to when it comes to being in a hotel! Rooms were very and spacious. I genuinely recommend this place. We booked a different for a two day workshop in the Same neighbourhood as Airstar. That did not match expectations at all. We had to find something else and we came to Airstar unannounced needing seven rooms On the day for two nights, we also needed a conference room. Fortunately, for us, we had Tamara at the reception. She She was welcoming, understood what we needed immediately and helped to organise everything. Throughout our stay, Tamara and her colleagues helped with everything that we needed and accommodated all of our needs. This is a five star review not so much for the Hotel, but for the level of service that we received. Exceptional!
