This Club is undoubtedly an awful place to stay and wait for your flight departure! As I entered this I immediately could see, that it is not well kept and dirty everywhere. The design is quite outdated! Food options were very simple and basic and the food corner was untidy. A fridge, where they just put in cartons with drinks was just messy and dirty inside, which was quite disgusting. And then some cleaning staff was sitting in a corner amongst other guests and enjoying some coffee. They should have their own facilities for break! Before they left they pretended to clean, but without success. There was also nobody taking care of the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was left filthy by somebody without manners and as I was there I decided not to use it, but another bathroom outside the lounge. The Wi-Fi was slower than slow and useless therefore! For the basic lounges, this is a better one. Serves traditional (but cheaper Serbian foods - cheese, meats). Has a fairly comfortable area. Entry area is ugly, they should really improve it. 1 star is honestly too much! One of the worst lounges I’ve experienced It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a in such poor condition. From the moment you walk in, the is underwhelming. The reception area looks closed off, and the place smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades—stale air, lingering smoke, and a general lack of upkeep. Oddly enough, more smoke might have masked it better. The food selection was dismal, the furniture dated and uncomfortable, and the entire space lacked any warmth or personality. It was eerily silent, aside from the low grumbles of a few clearly disappointed guests. If this is the best they can offer, it’s honestly better left closed. Save your time—this simply isn’t worth it. Such an obscure entrance. Signs to the and toilets leading in the same direction. Basic lounge. Toilets are outside the lounge. Can get pretty crowded and stuffy in there. Fridge not working so all drinks in there are warm. Could not find ice either and staff looks angry I did not want to ask for any. Pluses is alcohol is self serve, so you can help yourself to a drink (warm). There also does not seem to be a time limit on how long you can stay so if your flight is delayed you can sit there if you wish. Limited food options. Would not pay for access into this lounge, and if I have limited passes I will save it for a nicer lounge. Hopefully all this is temporary and things will improve once the airport renovations are complete. Not a ideal for lounge. Toilet or lounge.the foods was simply looks like a salad tomato canteen. Not a welcoming but remind you before 3hours only. They have officer as well so no one fall in a sleep inside the lounge. if you had to pay to enter, it would be the biggest rip off out there. we got in based on my *A status. the place is depressingly soviet. not clean. food offering is horrid, was there at breakfast. no hot food offering, apart from the microwave for the prepackaged sandwiches. alcohol selection is ok, adhering to the soviet era. and there is little natural light. you are better off waiting in the general terminal and taking a couple drinks from the vending machine. Worst I visited in my entire life. Even Africa's lounges are better. Despite the bad service and the awful food, they count the second. A guy is coming and asking you to leave a few seconds after the 3 hour limit expires. Don't worth to go inside. Better take taxi and go to city!!! I travel frequently around the world, flying class and utilizing lounges through my Priority Pass membership. Unfortunately, the Dufry Club at Belgrade Airport is by far the worst I’ve ever had. Let me start with the basics: the atmosphere is unwelcoming and clammy, with the front desk staff equally cold and uninterested. The entire place feels neglected and poorly maintained. During my visit at prime dinner time, the food selection was abysmal. The only options were bland, underwhelming rice and some basic pasta—nothing resembling a proper meal. The refrigerators were empty, and to make matters worse, the glasses were missing from the shelves. Getting a drink was nearly impossible, especially when the “ice” available was literally just a cup of water with tongs floating in it. It was a pathetic attempt at providing refreshments. This place is supposed to offer a relaxing, upscale for Priority Pass members or travelers, but it couldn’t be further from that. I was flying class with Air Serbia and mistakenly walked into this rather than the Air Serbia next door. I quickly realized my mistake but decided to give it a shot since I had time. Huge mistake. The was so bad that I would advise anyone with a Priority Pass membership to skip this entirely. Save yourself the frustration and just head to a restaurant in the terminal. This should be removed from the Priority Pass program. Google’s 2-star rating for this place is far too generous. If I could rate it lower, I would. I’m genuinely hoping I don’t have digestive issues from the questionable rice I attempted to eat. My advice: Stay away. Go to the Air Serbia if you’re eligible or anywhere else if you’re not. I made the mistake once, and I certainly won’t be making it again. Malo je čistoje, ali i dalje flekave stolice.meni jednoličan The soup was nice. The beer fridge was warm but they had ice cubes. The employees were rolling in the ham slices through the airport hallways in a transparent plastic bag, non-cooled. Not that confidence-provoking. Ппц. Даже розетки телефон зарядить не работают. Не говоря уже про еду и все остальное. Самое дешёвое некачественное старое At first, I thought it's some kind of a joke. This is literally placed at the toilet entrance. It's dirty and smelly. If I knew it before, I would just wait near the gate. The worst place ever. There were 2 "hot meals" I took pasta and it was completely cold without taste. Accept that you have cold appetizers, like one cheese and cheap meat product. Furniture is old. Plates are plastic. Shame on you Belgrade Airport and your lousy place. La più brutta del mondo Prljavo, namestaj popucao, uticnica nijedna ne radi, pica vecinom topla, mali izbor hrane, mala kolicina The worst i’ve ever seen… the food is bad, the sockets don’t work, everything is too old. I don’t know… better be outside than inside, sorry Worst ever in my life. There were almost no food available, and the rest was moldy. Coffee machines not in service. Cheapest possible plastic dishes and forks. Staff is rude. Electric sockets don’t work. To airport — please, close this place and fire everyone related. This place is garbage. Extremely unprofessional staff that makes horrible noise, talking to each other so loud! Everything is so dirty! So unacceptable! Отвратииельно все .Никогда не видела такого ужасного лаунджа This feels more like a soup kitchen. There are very few choices for food, and all of them are terrible. The sofas feel tired and the whole atmosphere is a little off-putting. Oh, and most plugs don't work, so if you wanted to charge your phone or laptop, good luck. It's fine if you have some sort of free pass, but definitely not worth paying for. The worst in the history of mankind. The was obscure and we didn’t even understand at first that a small weird space next to the public toilet was indeed an to a lounge. Also, nobody was present at a reception desk for several minutes making us doubt that we were in the right place. The atmosphere is very depressing: shabby furniture, people sleeping on the sofas, people smoking electronic cigarettes, no hot food, lots of excess empty utility plates. Nothing to eat except cheese, ham and some vegetables. Overall, I would rate our as 0 stars.
