First of all, the details in the decoration are fascinating, a witchy atmosphere, just as you would expect. We tried more than half of the on the menu and loved them all. My friend was going to celebrate her birthday here, we had a reservation, arrived on time and when we arrived the waiter said they didn’t have a free table. When we explained that we have previously made a reservation (which was confirmed) he said that’s fine but there’s no free table and that it wasn’t his fault, leaving us to stand in the middle of bar. When we left, outside we met two other ladies who also had the same issue - made a reservation, but no spot for them either. Mistakes can happen, but they clearly showed how unbothered they were. Dear Witch Bar, My friends and I had bad experience pretty much recently. We have ordered a that comes with coffee since we saw a promo in the bar. Very unprofessional staff of yours came to us due to payment. At first she rejected to charge us promo we had. According to he, she wanted to charge us more because apparently one person should drink both coffee and a cocktail. That makes no sense because we clearly said we wanted coctail with a coffee for all of us. It is not her work to tell us and spy on us who should drink what. On top of that, our bill arrived and she charges us 20% more on one due to her principals. If we are willing to pay 3X combo she shouldn't be in position to charge me different because my friends decides to switch drinks on the table.
