Really short walk, 1km to be exact to the waterfalls over the dam. Nice easy going path, had a couple of inclines but makeshift steps are put in place. Some beautiful scenery along the route and you are rewarded with the falls at the end ne. There is a path and steps to the right of the falls which will take you to the embalse which feeds the falls/dam this path can be a little tricky as some parts have water coming down from the Embalse above: Great parking at the location I highly recommend bringing a picnic and have a great day out with the children there. My 4 year old came with me and had no problems. This is well.worth the with impressive views of the reservoir overflow and around the reservoir itself. Good place for a walk. Though I guess when it gets a bit busy it will be harder to along the small tracks to and up the dam. Free parking, and to the waterfall and dam , fantastic views , quite a few steps so not so good for people with mobility issues, Well worth a visit GOOGLE MAPS TOOK US TO A VERY HILLY, BUT BEAUTIFUL THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS. YOU CAN PARK A MATTER OF 20 MINUTES FROM THE FALLS, WHICH WE SHOULD HAVE DONE WITH KIDS. FALLS AND SCENERY STUNNING. Very trail and amazing view once you get to the dam. Was hot to do in the September sun but bring water and you will be okay. Some steps are very steep so good shoes are recommended. Big parking area. Will definitely come back and further up. A very to go for a back to nature. streams on the way round or should I say mini canals. The waterfall is must to see then climb up the stone stairs to the reservoir views are amazing from the top. Lots of information on boards informing you of the wildlife living around the area. Would recommend in the week a bit quieter. Mooie wandelingen te maken. Great trail, good scenery, a bit hard to find way from parking spot Very very hiking area, beautiful paths, everything is beautiful i swear! Great place to visit! Really towards the waterfall. We walked with a group of people from 8 to 78 years and a lot of dogs. Weekends are really crowded but still worth the effort. At the parking and surroundings a lot people are having a picknicks, which is really nice. It's definitely recommended! I only miss public toilets! If you like a bit of a trek this is for you. Its a great place to hike. Dogs allowed on leads. A bit precarious in places. Make sure you have good walking shoes/boots etc on. When you get to the bottom of the dam you can climb up the steep steps to the top where the hike continues, which is worth it if you are able. I wouldn't recommend it if you have bad knees/hip though. There are picnic benches to stop at. No toilet facilities though. Super path to visit an ancient place! Easy with the kids! Schitterende plek met mooie wandelmogelijkheden. Zondags erg druk. walk, but better not go during summer. Can get very hot. Tree blocked the path, so could not make it all the way up. Fantastische (wilde) wandeling. De moeite waard. Zeker eens doen.
