Surprisingly there was less dog poo on this than I've seen on any other beaches in Spain. There is also a boat ramp here. Lot's of rocks in the sea making it difficult if you want to swim. Plenty of litter bins that are emptied daily, no recycling bins though. Great for fishing off the rocks. Geocaches nearby. It would be really good if there was a decent path so that you could walk or cycle to Alicante, without having to risk your life alongside the busy road or the railway line. Nice large for dog lovers within easy access to the centre of Alicante. Horrible sand and too many rocks make it impossible to swim. We always get the rubbish beaches to walk our dogs on. It's a nice little worth a trip out here if you got the time. In winter it is not maintained and campers leave rubbish. Please be careful of fishing hooks. I've heard heard local stories of dogs swallowing hooks with scraps of fishing bait. I can't imagine the misery caused and the vet bill if your dog survives. Nice, dog friendly close to Barcelona. Ideal for breads categorized as dangerous in Spain for off season visits. Would give it 5 stars if the dog wash cubicle was functional. Also good for free campervan parking if you are there off season and close to train stations so you can visit Barcelona's center.
