We returned home with 2 cats, and the 3rd one joined our family one week later! Million thanks to the people working there, they were very kind and truly interested in the well being of the animals. We our kitten at this shelter and cannot be happier. Throughout the entire process, we were very impressed with such clean and modern facility, as well as nice and friendly staff. You can tell that the pets are well treated here. By adopting a kitten, we automatically become a lifelong member of Help Animals and receive frequent tips and advice from their vets. This place is wonderful. We two cats on Saturday. Every member of the staff was fantastic. They were very patient with us and clearly love their work and the animals they care for. The facility is purpose-built and very clean. This is the perfect place to adopt a cat or dog. We our cat 12 years ago from Help Animals, and really couldn’t be happier. The place was really nice, clean, people were helpful, patient and really lovely with the animals waiting to be adopted. Thank you again for your passion, kindness and dedication They are not so bad. But when an animal gets they don't update it on their website. We were searching for a cat and chose 4 cats to look for. After a 1 hour long ride we came to their shelter but they said ALL of the cats we were gonna look for were already adopted. I went there with my boyfriend and we experienced nothing but racism! We are not from Belgium but we live here also we were coming from a different city to adopt a small dog and when we arrived they told us we can’t adopt because the person has to be more than 21 years old (I am 20) which I never heard before. My boyfriend wanted to adopt as well but they did not even let him speak at all (he’s older than 21) . The people there were very rude and looked at us like we’re not humans. We just wanted to help a animal but at the end of the day was just waste of time and effort !
