They have 2 different temperature hot and a sauna We visited on May 2 when it opened and not all the hot were filled, and one was empty. No one was on site for support. Highly recommended if you pass it stop and soak for an hour or so! My daughter and I stayed at the Glacier World Hotel a few meters from the hot this May. The hotel staff is wonderful and the man operating the let us stay until the very last minute prior to closing. The are available free of charge to hotel guests and you can go as early as 7am as well. It looks like the hotel is expanding and there will be more up soon. The views from the room and breakfast deck are to die for! Perfection! Absolutely beautiful setting. The facilities are simple which just elevates the setting. The sauna has a picture window looking out to the windows, glacier, and horses grazing. And it’s legitimately hot! Hot are hot- clean hot water, not the mineral water with the sulphuric smell. Simple and beautiful. do not recommend. there are four 'tubs', no jets. would prefer baths where you could move around. but worst part is the changing rooms... very small/cramped, water all over the ground so makes it frustrating to get redressed. cool setting, but not worth the price. Hoffell Hot was such a rare and magical find on the south coast. The newly upgraded facilities are stunning, with very clean change rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so friendly, and we loved that the weren’t crowded. Each hot tub is set to a different temperature, which made it easy to find the perfect soak. The view is incredible, overlooking a glacier and a peaceful horse field that added to the magic. The sauna is another highlight, with a large window framing the same breathtaking scenery. This was such a cool and memorable experience, and I highly recommend making a stop here!
