The riding was a little boring, my children were just sitting on the horses' backs while two young women lead them through the beautiful views of the surroundings. It was tasty, the was good, although as almost in any place in Slovakia, not very fast. Have to mention that the crew speaks English, fact that not that common in that country... Stopped for a lunch, staff was very kind and helpful, nice atmosphere and surrounding nature. Food was alright, nothing extraordinary but the prices are good for what you get. We enjoyed ourselves. Hence, a vegetarian person of our group accidentally ordered the fried cheese that (unbeknownst to us) contained ham. Soon, we realized this, signaled it to the waiter, who said they can change the order. 10 minutes later the food comes, including the fried cheese with ham. We raised our concerns again to the waitress, who said she couldn’t do anything because it was already done(???). Very unhelpful and unfriendly service, small portions, not many items to choose from. 0/10 would not recommend. Ordering food was slow because of their order system waitresses use. We had to order our food 2 times because the system didn't register the order first time... They brought us incomplete order we had to go inside to ask where is the missing plate. We have been told that the chef just forgot. Portions were small meat was paper thin but it tasted good. As we wanted to pay no one came to our table so we decided to go pay inside. They didn't have cash at the cash register so the waiter had to walk somewhere to get the change. While we were waiting for him waitress came chasing after our friend that was standing beside the car telling him that he has to pay. I think it was little too excessive. Unbelievable! 🤦‍♂️ Overall the surroundings are pretty but I wouldn't recommend Very poor service. Ordered our 4 meals and 4 drinks. 2 drinks came, waited for the other 2. When reminded we were missing drinks it still took ages for them to come. People who came after us got their meals before us. Then we got 3 meals and had finished ours before the 4th came! No apologies at any time. According to my Czech girlfriend this was nothing like traditional Slovakian food either. Won’t be going back. I can’t recommend this ranch. We rented a tipi and also had breakfast included in the price. The nights were really cold, so we went to the reception to ask for a heater. They gave us one, but when we checked out, we had to pay €10 for renting it for one night. That’s a shame. The heater should be included in the price, when we rent tent, because nights in mountains are always cold, so that should be a standard.
