My only complaint is that they sometimes play radio too loud, which clashes with the music in the game because the volume on the game is a bit too low. Why do we even need radio playing in an arcade anyway??? Very big and diverse games. Most of them fully worked. Space invaders was very laggy however but still playable. We got all the high scores as well. So excited about the upcoming Stepmaniax !!! Was given a few free credits and y'all are so nice :D Pump It Up Pro has been changed from 2 songs to 3. Check it out! A few weeks ago we went to Arnhem and that was a big disappointment! Last week we went to Apeldoorn and that was lots of fun! Friendly staff and all the machines were working! (Which was not the case in Arnhem). The place looked clean. When we walked in there was a strong candy like cinnamon) smell which was a bit too strong in my opinion. Overall we have enjoyed ourselves! Unfortunately, the manager at the Apeldoorn location was rude, dismissive, and did not honor the free vouchers for games that was given to us by his colleague that same evening. His colleague is actually another manager from a different location who explained that the vouchers were valid and are there to engage customers to celebrate the reopening of the location. While the current Apeldoorn manager did not want to even consider the free vouchers for games or the game box gift, he only offered a Fanta slushy drink not even offering further information or explanation. Very disappointing experience overall. If anyone from management is open for constructive feedback, I wish for better communication and customer service in the future. I really love this arcade:) the games seems 50/50 price so it dorsnt bother me at all. Some machines are cheaper and fun but its impossible to put a price on happyness:) but prizes are also 50/50.
