Unfortunately, everything changed when I received a bill for €260 for the cost of a stand that was left in front of a customer's house. I contacted the company twice promptly regarding the pickup of the stand. Additionally, the customer whose house the was delivered to also reached out to them about collecting the stand. They were informed that one piece of was remaining on the stand, and their response each time was that as long as the was fixed to the stand, it was acceptable. After receiving the €260 bill, I reached out to one of their representatives, but I found the interaction unhelpful and was met with disbelief when I explained the situation. They asked me to send proof, which I did. I also informed them that one of the pieces was defective from the factory, as it had a stain inside the double glass. They requested photos, which I provided. Despite sending the requested information, I received no response, even after multiple follow-up emails. I also tried calling several times but was unable to reach him. Eventually, I was contacted by a woman who basically told me there was nothing she could do because I hadn’t claimed the issue within 24 hours. She defended their policies by saying "rules are rules" and insisted that if I paid the €260 bill, which was told I was no longer responsible for. That they might replace the €50 piece of glass. It's disappointing to see a business handle matters this way. I had already lost confidence in their professionalism and understanding of my position, as I was following proper procedures throughout. Replacing the now will cost me both money and time, which is unfortunate. I installed the door myself with a friend’s help.
