Only downside is they sell just unhealthy stuff. Very sweet lemonade and lots of snacks. The place could be outstanding… but there is a huge BUT. It is extra ordinary hot in there! About 35 Celsius… not so handy for the kids( and yourself) because they are sweating and are fully wet. It’s really a torture. I have no idea how this is possible, but I guess an airco is a must have for them. We’re not going there again because of the heat! Otherwise it could be an amazing place! The place is big and has great spaces for different ages, the main problem is that there isn’t enough people working here checking that the rules are followed like wearing socks and the most important, under 5 years shouldn’t go without an adult in the carriages that are above the ground, I saw a small child alone in one of them and he tried to open the door in the middle of the ride where is suspended in the the air cause he couldn’t reach the pedals, so dangerous. Also there are a lot of older that get in the small children zone, i know this one is on the parents but the personal could say something about this. We visited this place couple of times as it’s the only one in Veenendaal. Unfortunately it is not good anymore. The price is the same, however the whale ride has been broken for a month now. The air cannons have not been working for some time now. Some parts of the playground are damaged and broken and just not fixed. The maintenance is very poor. The staff is nice, the fries is good but unfortunately we are not planning to go here anymore The place itself is very nice and we had lots of fun but not very well cleaned There's dust acumulated, that you can easily say is from long time ago, on the nets and rails from the trains above, you can see all the dust flying every time someone comes downstairs or if you pass next to those nets, which are exactly above the area for 2 year olds. When we approached to buy coffee, one of the machines was not working and the other one looked dirty. I think in a place where you receive hundreds of people in one day, these aspects should be looked after. Our daughter had fun,she is 2. Staff was very helpful and nice. My toddler enjoys playing here, nice big indoor play area with enough to do. Snacks, drinks and food are also reasonable (outside food is prohibited). However, staff are not always attentive with the not wearing socks (it is also not mentioned upon arrival, as they do have socks for sale). Summer it can get hot and humid inside, so lots of water and a change of clothes for the is advised.
