Doesburgsche was my favourite growing up and to be treated with a visit to this when I was little was just neat! For me, now as an adult, it's still enjoyable. Especially the old items. As a kid I was more focused on how was made, if I remember correctly. It's highly recommended to combine your trip with a visit to WWII "Museum De Maurits 1940-1945", which is right opposite the Doesburgsche and Vinegar Factory.
