Quality pancake place ("pannekoekenhuis"). We went here multiple times. It's also a nice play to eat if you have a concert or such in Nijmegen - eat here, drive there. Has a menu offering some nice options outside of pancakes, and a breakfast option. Reservations are a must when visiting in the weekends.
