If you want to be sure that you can get a table it is necessary to reserve in advance otherwise you will have to accept to wait a while. The service is very friendly but some are a bit inexperienced which results in forgetting small stuff like bringing the standard pancake toppings etc. Overall a big recommendation, just reserve a table in advance.
