We came for the gansl but the whole menu sounded appetizing, so when the Ganls time is over would definitely try some of the other dishes. Food wise: Starting from the bread , moving to the gansl wan-tans( asian twist) with a delicious chilly oil, pulled gansl on brioche bread with daikon & mustard truffle mayo which was a delightful bite and the of course the star of the show: the Gansl - crispy skin, juicy and tender meat, seasoned well and overall just an amazing dish. The sides dishes of Knödel and Rotkraut are not to forget as they accompanied the main dish in perfection. Unlimited Gansl sauce which was very well balanced between fattiness and saltiness was also a nice pour over the main dish. All in all - excellent meal. They have also an extensive wine card and the service was attentive, friendly and very reliable. Will come definitely come again.
