Thing to consider - thos is a wooden house, so if someone is walking you hear the steps. We were unlucky, since during our stay there was a family with the dog on the floor above us. And they were pretty active walking back and forth with loud steps. Seem third floor does not have carpet cover, so even dog steps were clearly noticeable. By trail length is second ski resort in Estonia, but by landscape is the top Slopes are super. Nature in beautiful. Staff is friendly. Ski lifts are smooth and working well.
