Overall the visit was average. There is one 25mt pool, jacuzzi, and one heated outdoor along with an indoor and outdoor children pool. Cost to enter is cheap compared to other locations but you get what you pay for. I didn’t use the SPA area so not sure what the service is like. Entry is reasonably priced, me and my little one love the bubbles in both the outside and the small round spa upstairs, especially cause they are both heated! It's a lovely place to relax and have fun, they also have a heated baby zone with inflatables. Unfortunately it's real cold when out of the pool...changing rooms could get an upgrade too, showers...only 2 are working properly...that's a minus. And hairdryers are not really, well, drying much. There are no power sockets so can't bring your own. I loved the little bar, Alice was superkind and her snacks are delicious! Overall we had a great experience so we will go back for sure! The outside area is scruffy. Broken tiles dead bird outside main entrance. Gives an awful impression of cleanliness. It’s expected that a visit to a is clean and sanitised. The pricing structure for the is unnecessarily complicated. Is this a deliberate attempt to confuse or alienate customers with Weekday and weekend pricing? Expect to pay circa €10 each to use the pools for half the day, but only at prescribed times. I cannot therefore recommend. The pools were okay, nothing special and could be warmer. The saunas are probably the best part of the establishment. Lots of different saunas to choose from and complimentary beauty treatments. Definitely recommended for a Spa day. Very nice group of pools, newly renovated in Summer 2018. Great in Summer, with a beautiful outside dedicated to the small kids, one with warm salty water and jacuzzi massage, and a big one for swimming and sliding. Wonderful indoor pool, which I could test since it was not open yet. Nice park. Only problem, you cannot take in food from outside and the bar has a very limited choice of dishes (only a few sandwiches and salad) and quite high prices. I wish I could give zero stars for our experience at Gardacqua in Garda. What should have been a fun family outing turned into a complete disaster. First, as soon as we paid, the electricity went off across the whole facility. No lights, no functioning equipment, and no proper communication from the staff. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, they left guests confused and frustrated. The kids’ pools were freezing cold — absolutely unsuitable for children, and definitely not what you expect when you’re paying for a family-friendly spa and complex. My little ones were shivering after just a few minutes. On top of that, the whole place looked grim, unkempt, and badly maintained. It has none of the charm or cleanliness you’d expect from a wellness center. To make matters worse, when we asked for our money back given the circumstances, they refused to give us a full refund. Paying full price for a half-functioning facility with no electricity, cold water, and miserable service is unacceptable. Gardacqua markets itself as a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but in reality it was stressful, disappointing, and a waste of money. We left feeling angry and cheated. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place. There are far better options around Lake Garda that actually care about their guests. Water idromassage into the SPA it's very cold! "The worst so-called 'spa' we've entered so far. Except for the outdoor area, every section has cold water, even the whirlpool! In the sports pool, you’re only allowed to swim if you bring or buy a swim cap (3€) beforehand. Avoid this nonsense and save yourself the 8€ per adult."
