A smaller water park with one modest outdoor and an indoor with a "wild river" and other attractions. The highlight is probably the small climbing wall directly above the pool. There are also two hot tubs, two water slides (quite fast), a small for the youngest children, and plenty of loungers. I definitely recommend visiting the water park, threehours is just right. There is a and wellness area available for an extra fee. However, I was dissatisfied with the restaurant. It was cold (yes, it was raining outside, but simply closing the windows would have sufficed). The ordering process was chaotic, and the quality of the food was questionable (I expected more tomato sauce in the Bolognese spaghetti). The pancakes and espresso was not good at all. Liked it. It could be cleaned (example the stairs to the slide were green with alges) and better maintained (a faucet was running for years, literally. Pic.). The saunas were only few, there was a 50°c Finnish which I do not think exists. There is no cold for after the sauna. Some internationals do not know etiquette and need to be schooled, please make aware of the "rule". The massages were fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful, therefore still 4 points. This is just bad. Like many other places in Slovenia, it was also great spot 20+ years ago, but not a single penny was invested to renovation since then. Overcrowded, outdoor cold, dirty, "sauna world" absolutely historical and I could continue like this for very long time. If there is a bad weather and you think that there is nothing better to do like to go here... better do nothing! I'm giving 2 stars for a fact that there is a and some toboggans so at least some criteria of this being an aquapark was fulfilled... Otherwise deducing stars for: - not enough seats for the amount of that they let in - even though there is many signs there's no jumping and diving, the aren't obeying that which leads to many close calls where children almost jump on your head. Of course, here we have to attribute a large part of the problem to the visiting, but on the parks side nobody's enforcing the rules. - the main is actually rather small and outdated - it looks dirty (every aspect: when you enter the area the foot wash area actually makes your feet more dirty, the looks like it hasn't been cleaned, you can see the limescale (mold? I did not inspect closely), the slides look like you could contract tetanus). I tend to give only positive reviews, but for a 17€ visit of 3hours I would think the quality would be much better. The facility should seriously consider upgrading or reducing the price, this is just diabolical. Of course - with the amount of tourists they are still able to catch at least some with families who have no choice but to spend the day here. To all those reading this review: Consider checking other therme and aquaparks, consider Austria: it is just a relatively short drive away. The hot chocolate massage offered was excellent. The masseuse was kind, skilled and guided me throughout the massage. Overall it was a comfortable and relaxed experience. The other day I was in a and swimming pool. Guests don't follow the rules. They entered a Turkish bath with a towel and a Finnish with their swimsuit. But the facilities are excellent. They make sure you have the availability of glasses , drinking cold water, hot tea and apples. A relatively small aquapark. Nice and clean, only two slides indoor, but the kids loved it the same. The showers were not connected through the wardrobe which is not handy. We only visited the and were a little disappointed. You are being allocated to either the top or basement level which means that you will not have access to the facilities described on the website for the top level if you end up in the basement. We were in the basement and although it was clean and pleasant, the saunas are tiny and there is no cold water pool. The showers are not impressive either. The small in the middle is quite nice but it is not a whirlpool. We were lucky as it was fairly quiet but I imagine that you have to wait to get into the saunas if it is busy. My main issue is that the website gives the impression that you have access to all three levels but we did not. There is also no window in the basement and it feels a bit depressing. However, it is clean and you get towels. We waited in a line for more than an hour, just for the lady to tell us that the is full… they could tell us in advance… anything, are waiting for a roulette if they can go in or not Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
