Not sure if you can get there with a car, we went by foot, and didn't see anyone up there with a car. There is enough space for 6-8 people on the top level. The is beautiful tough. Only stairs! Absolutely gorgeous view, chill people, easily reachable place. Well worth the short walk, one of my favourite spots to spend time when I'm bored. A nice stop by on the way back to Budapest.
