Marko didn’t just host me for a night- he dropped the hospitality equivalent of ‘Hey Jude.’ Great place with a wonderful host. Great for a few nights to explore the area. Close to the National Park and waterfalls. Marco is a great host with local knowledge and recommendations to get the most out of your stay. Combined with good food and wine what more do you need. Fairytale in the Vineyards This is not just a place – it’s a feeling.
A feeling that surpasses Michelin-star restaurants and five-star hotels. From the warmest welcome to unforgettable dinners and breakfasts, to cosy and stunning accommodation – everything was perfect. Marko cooks with the best of his land: fresh vegetables and fruit from the garden, free-range farm chicken and his own homemade wine, grappa and jams. Every dish blends traditional Croatian flavours with a light, modern touch, fresh, healthy and full of love. The spotless, charming rooms, the beautiful pool and the peaceful vineyard surroundings made our stay even more special. Add to that Marko’s thoughtful trip recommendations and each day became the perfect mix of comfort, discovery and inspiration. It exceeded all our expectations. Marko’s warmth and attention to detail renewed our faith in Croatian hospitality and friendliness. This is exactly why we travel – to learn, to be inspired and to feel the spark of life in a place so vibrant and full of heart.
