We have never met more rude, impolite and unprofessional staff. Disaster I have to say we didn’t check the menu BIG FAT mistake, but 8.40 eur for 2.5 dl of non alcoholic mojito is beyond my dreams. Won’t come here again. They just steal me 2€ don't giving me the rest when I payed 🤮 Ordered 6$ strawberry milkshake, thinking I would get a milkshake. What I got was glass full of ice, little bit of milk, and lots of strawberry flavored sugar. Wife ordered pineapple, exactly same thing, there was about half an inch of sugar. The menu shows pictures of fruits, ridiculous I had a terrible experience here. The bartender was extremely disrespectful, and my drink was disgusting. There were multiple ants in my cocktail, which was beyond gross. It took them 30 minutes to replace my drink, and when I complained to the waiter, he rudely grabbed the drink from my hand, poured it out, and walked away without even apologizing. This place has horrible service and hygiene issues. Avoid at all costs!! I have been here before multiple times and staff have always been so so nice and the vibe good. This time, though, the waitress who served us with blonde hair and black glasses with the white handles was so so rude and impolite, she spoke to me in a very horrible manner for someone working in hospitality. I work in hospitality myself and this isn't okay. I hope her boss sees this and has a chat with her because if people get this type of service they won't want to come back.
