It has historical atmosphere and not-so-busy character. There is a small ferry from the shore, operating quite often. We arrived by our boat and were amazed with atmosphere and services. Recommended to visit! Old style small quiet no cars … a paradise… An island, always so close by when we pass by land, but we've never been on the way to visit it - until now! They look like old places from the seventies or eighties of the last century. It is worth visiting (you can use your own boat or a taxi boat from the nearest place called Brodarica) and it is recommended. It is not big and easy to get around, there are restaurants to eat as well as cafes. There are several beaches for swimming. Nice to spend a day or for a light and peaceful holiday (there are hotels and apartments). I absolutely love this little island. I was there few times and I will go again. What's not to like? 😍 Nice little island, with restaurants, a nice promenade, and a museum. Spectacular small with cosy and silent narrow streets. Very easy and fast to access from Brodarica. Besides regular boat you can ask for a private taxi boat outside of regular schedule just from people who are at the harbor for 10 kuna per person. Great place to swim and eat. Great atmosphere, gorgeous natural spots on one side of the and some really old buildings and narrow streets on the other side. You can really feel like you've traveled to the past, locals seem unphased by the current fast pacer way of life. It's a small with a nice little town and a beautiful forest located less than a mile from mainland.
