Ok so… it’s a place in a great location, BUT the service is abismal. First we sat down and waited for 10 minutes without anyone coming out to take our order. Then I go in and look for the waiter. There isn’t anyone there. Then a woman stands up from drinking her coffee with some guests and it turns out that that was the waitress. The sad part was that before knowing that we locked eye contact a few times while I was looking from the outside if there’s a waiter here. Ok she takes our order sits for a minute and then starts preparing it and brings it out. Later i tryed to pay. And she tells me that I cannot pay with a because I didn’t warn her in advance when she was taking our order. That also wouldn’t be a problem if she had warned us about that and asked what our payments method is gonna be. Then I went around to find an atm so I can get cash to pay for the order. After 20 minutes of trying I wasn’t able to get a withdrawal(don’t know why). I come back a bit annoyed and tell her my isn’t working on those atms. She then pulls out the terminal in a matter of seconds and I pay woth my card. I am very annoyed because I don’t know why the heck I had to go through all this stupidity, to then just pay with my normally. Our interaction: She: “11.something eur.” Me: “Card please” (She looks at me very annoyed) She: “Cash!” Me: “Don’t you take payments?” She: “Yes but you have to warn me when ordering” This interaction was very rude. Instead of explaining politely why I can’t pay with my she just complaints and blames me for her mistakes. In my opinion this place fails on making the customer #1, therefore I would never recommend it to anyone. Maybe when the staff changes? Najbolji birc u Vodicama! Svake godine odemo barem jednom. Awesome bar in the middle of city of Vodice. Beach is nearby as well as other points of interest for everybody. Casual place to spent some quality time with friends or family. After getting my coffee I asked if I can pay by card. Waitress said that only cash and when I said I don’t have any on me I tried to know what’s next she said that she needs to get to others and ignored me for more than 10 minutes (during those she had time to be playful with a baby in stroller several times so not like she was very busy). I was stressed due to waiting and not knowing what to do and tears where falling from my face due to being stressed. After a while she came with terminal and barely said a word to me or anything. When I was leaving and said goodbye walking past her she also didn’t say anything. I saw her being to other people and only treating me like crap. Probably because I wanted to pay by which as you can see was possible after all. Looking at comments here I see that it’s not something uncommon unfortunately. Too bad.
