Beautiful and helpful staff I had a great session, and my experience was wonderful That was so relaxing! We booked the treatment for 99 euros and we got a lot for it. The oil and foam soap smelled so good and my skin feels so soft and I just feel relaxed and good. The staff was very friendly and they made sure we have a good time. I visited twice within 2 months on ladies only days with different friends. The first time was on a Tuesday evening, it was very quiet with a few people. The 2nd time was on a Friday afternoon, exceptionally busy with far too many people visiting that made it difficult even to sit somewhere comfortabe or to relax - obviously overbooked. Both times and to our surprise, the hamam was steamless, and a bit cold - it felt like the heating was not on or something did not work properly. The body scrub and the massage were a major dissapointment (especially during our second visit) as it was exceptionally fast and not thorough - the masseuses where all over the place and very slow - it was obvious they had no idea what they were doing. Both times we booked Package no3, which costs 60euros and for that amount of money we would expect at least to be in a properly heated area. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it and I will not be visiting again anytime soon. Just for clarification for the people who where exceptionally pleased from the hamam and "do not understand the bad reviews" : I have used Turkish Hamam in London and in other German cities, so I have experience from Turkish Hamam and how this should be, hence the expectations. The facilities are not in good condition. We received no explanations although we said it was our first time in a hamam. The body scrub was fast and not thorough. The relaxation room is skipable Fantastic place for relaxation. Great atmosphere, treatments and staff is amazing. Thank you! Nice place to relax.. The massage was not the worth the price but the whole experience woth Hamam is indeed. This is my first time to hamam in my life and it was an amazing experience. Gesture of staffs are friendly and warmly towards the guest.
