After you're done playing you get to claim free rewards at the counter. Each game here costs roughly 1 point which is equivalent to 1 €. Cheap enough for me! I'm taking one star away because I already tapped my card twice at the step dance machine to play with my friend, but it wouldn't load the game for two players, instead just for one player. All in all it's a great place to go. Not so big, but they have all the I'd usually play at an arcade though. Nice selection of machines, but too mainstream and stereotypical. What about some new Pinball Machines… Nice place, but the pump it up machine is always offline + volume is mostly very low. I'm a big Arcade fan and was very happy to find Planet Arcade. Unfortunately, their Pump-it-up is mostly offline (its not possible to travk your progress), and the basketball game next to it makes it sometimes hard to listen to the music. You should visit on the weekdays when it's not busy. Some don't work and it's not always indicated properly. You have to go back to the counter to reclaim your credits if you already paid for a non-working machine. I was there with my daughter and her friends yesterday. Obviously, the kids had so much fun and enjoyed the games, especially the virtual reality one. One of the staff was super friendly and responsive, but the other seemed somehow bored! Today was my son's and his friend's turn and they had a very unpleasant experience with the same young lady. She answered my son's question very rudely and impolitely! I think it is a serious weakness for an entertainment provider not to be able to train its staff how to talk with customers, no matter how young their customers are. Really a fun place to be Mit Time-Card super! Super fun games, especially the VR game and dance machine :) Also super accessible even for non german speakers, most were available in English.
