Prices here were more reasonable than they were at the souvenir shop at the Grand Place. Friendly - tried to help and decent enough merchandise / souvenirs. The only drawback was the slightly lengthy ride without stops, making it a bit tiring after an hour. Still, a fantastic way to get an overview of this beautiful in a short time. The blond girl responsible for the English speaking tourists even went out of her way to help me optimize my exploring route for the 4 days that I stayed. Coincidentally I met her a few days later at the Roubaix office. Kind, Professional, ready to help and super welcoming. It feels as they really take the to their heart and it shows. I would love to come back and make the Bus tour of Lille which she recommended.
