Visited whilst tdf fan zone was there. Very busy. Lovely by the art gallery. Went to Lille for the Christmas market. It was fantastic lots of cabins selling food & Christmas items etc plus amusements and all the normal shops around the and roads around. We just had drinks and cake in Lille as we were going back to Bruges to our hotel. Main in Lille. Many restaurants close by. Nice place and so many open restaurants option are there so you can eat and enjoy the view together 😉 Très belle place sur Lille. Parking et métro à côté la rendent pratique pour se garer et aller en hyper centre en métro ! I walked all the way here and there’s literally nothing. I came specifically to see the market, but on a Sunday night there’s just… nothing at all. Where is this flea market anyway? It’s so annoying I couldn’t find it anywhere. That said, the view outside the museum at night is actually pretty nice. The lighting around the museum looks really good. So yeah, it’s fine to stop by for a walk if you’re already nearby. So it smells very bad you can't sit or walk beside this area. The city cleaning department should take care of the place and to ensure that no one can damage the beautiful property.
