Amazingly beautiful, even in full summer. The drive there is challenging. 4x4 advised Nice waterfalls, but hard to reach. Only possible to reach by 4x4 car and not in the rainy season. Omggg super excited we went there!!! Enjoyyyyy! Rent a 4x4 at Taverna Gjata, drive with them for 10 minutes and then for a like 15mins and you’ll get amazed! Cold water to make you feel better and you can also drink and feel freshhhhh ! Great A wonderful experience . The beauty off nature never fails to amaze me.😁 Sotirë is a beautiful village with such welcoming people and delicious pomegranates. I just visited the village and the a few days ago. The was not at its peak but we enjoyed the trip either way. The nature, the landscape was amazing. Would definitely recommend visiting, especially when the lavander fields bloom. A wonderful creation of nature. The water was very clean and clear, there were plants everywhere and it was a perfect place to bathe on hot summer days. But the to get to the Sotir was very bad. The car could not go during the winter and you will have to for about 15-20 minutes. After reaching the destination, you have to climb a hill and then go down it, so take a lot of water with you because you will need it. But all that fatigue is rewarded in the end with the wonderful view you will find at the waterfall. I really hope that the will be fixed so that more people will be able to visit the Sotire waterfall. Beautiful plave in Gramsh to visit 🏞️ An Off-Road Adventure to a Hidden Paradise! 🚙💦 Sotira is a truly beautiful spot and well worth the visit! The way it seems to burst directly from the rock face is a magical sight. While you might see two waterfalls during the cooler, rainier months, the single, powerful cascade that remains in summer is still incredibly impressive. We reached the area as part of an off-road tour with @moja.albania, which we highly recommend! The tour gets you very close, but a short, scenic of about 10 minutes is still necessary to reach the itself. Reaching even the starting point for this with a regular car would be nearly impossible due to the challenging terrain. It was an amazing experience to be driven so close to this natural wonder. If you're looking for an adventurous way to see one of Albania's hidden gems, an off-road trip to Sotira is definitely the way to go! (This adventure was a memorable part of our 2025 journey through central Albania. For our full itinerary, check out my review of Skanderbeg Square in Tirana!) Very interesting for a trekking trip. If you don’t have a big car 4x4 the place is impossible to reach by simple car. My suggest, park the car in the small village of Sotira and then for around one hour 4-5 km. Better with trekking shoes. Amazing view. At the end of (concrete construction there) turn left up the hill and for like 5-10mins to get to the spot Wodospady cudowne, warte zobaczenia. My jechaliśmy wypożyczonym fiatem pandą i było kilka momentów zwątpienia. Pozostało nam do wodospadów jakieś 4 km. I czeka 30 min. Zdecydowaliśmy się. I warto było ponieważ widoki są niesamowite. Od córki właścicielki dostałam pięknego kwiatuszka i wspólne zdjęcie☺️ It was 41 degrees so the waterfalls were a bit dry, but it was lovely. Beautiful place for a picnic and a cold shower. not easy to access, but worth to see was there in August must be spectacular in May/June when more water is pouring down the mountain Very nice place, get ready to a short hike down to Great nature monument. Refreshing water in summer as we bathed while the temperature was 34 degrees. An eye candy but remote. Bad road, well once there you can visit two other gems the two lakes which feed the waterfall. About 15 minutes drive before turning towards waterfalls way. Nice meals and great people as they were communicating and welcoming. With this said there is something very important: None has said or mentioned this: YOU MUST HAVE AN OFF VEHICLE!!!!! Otherwise stay at home. The is very rugged from the village to the vicinity of the about 6 km and return. Now the is not reachable by car or where the finishes...... There is a path taking about 20 minutes to reach the of Sotira. Remember if you don't feel fit don't leave your coach. This is quite a challenging destination.
