The Lady in the cafe who greated us small with brown hair very friendly and welcoming smily ....food fab . Purchased some food and cakes from the shop everything looked amazing lots of choice. The only thing I would say is staff in the actual shop could be a little jollier x A beautiful farm shop with delicious produce. The café was lovely and the food perfect. Really worth a visit. Where do I start? The cafe was in a lovely spot and staff were very nice. I got the biscoff frappe and although you couldn’t really taste the biscoff, it was still very refreshing. My husband got the strawberry and mango smoothie and that was AMAZING!!! We both got the chicken shawarma and it was awesome. The chicken was succulent and juicy. Definitely recommend. After our meal we headed to the farm shop and got a rack of lamb chops. Worth every penny we spent on it. The best chops we’ve ever had! How have we driven up and down the M56 for years and not known about this gem. Called in for breakfast on our trip up North. Eggs Benedict and a Bacon and Sausage bap were superb. Fresh lemony Hollandaise, runny poached eggs and crispy Bacon. What's not to like! Called at Hollies yesterday afternoon to pick up a cake. I love the choice they have.The second visit in a row and the cakes are so dry and at a price of £8.99. There were also moist so I don't know what's going wrong. The best before date was 30/04. There is no way they would last till then. I would suggest that the manager takes one and tastes it to see how dry it is. They were always lovely and moist and alot cheaper. I had the 4 quarters , coffee, lemon, chocolate and Victoria. Full English was amazing. Nice big plate of top notch ingredients. Absolutely wonderful staff and the food is beyond delicious!! They helped us out with a last minute lunch catering and recommended some fantastic items and how much food to take for the size of our event. 10/10 service, can't recommend the staff and the food enough. Great place to go to pick up specialist food items at key times of year, (Christmas, Mother's Day, Easter). A lovely range of cards for all occasions. I even managed to find one for a recently bereaved friend at Christmas. The Norwegian Scones are delicious. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
