Visited for my daughter’s birthday last year. After visiting about 10 I can definitely say this place is the best. Staff were excellent and it shows with all the five star reviews. Would definitely visit again if we were in the area. We came here for my friends bday and she had a time. Fyi the dock side entrance was closed so go to the city side, Google maps will tell you to go to the dock side. Really well thought out with such cool theming we did the Alice in puzzland and it was such good fun they give you props to wear as well. was designed so well. The staff member that greeted us was Phil and he made the whole even better. From the moment we walked into the door he was in character and went the extra mile, you can tell he loves his job :) Thank you so much Phil. Had an amazing here today doing the samurai room, it was the first we had been here and had a experience. Ben and Dayna were so helpful, and really made a fun and interactive for us. It was our first there, and we really enjoyed ourselves. We took some to work things out, but we eventually got the hang of it. The staff were very nice and helpful. room, very interactive, not too many locks to do but actual puzzles, was probably the best. Lizzie was fab, accent, so en Theme! Definitely come again!! We had a fantastic completing Alice in Puzzleland! We got out with 17 seconds to go! There are so many elements to this room, it’s not the easiest but fun and once you get into the mindset there’s lots to keep you occupied. Our Faye was at guiding us, we certainly wouldn’t have done it without a couple of clues. We brought our 11yr old twins here for a birthday treat. It was the first any of us had done an experience. We all loved it. The staff were super friendly and it was such a experience. We will definitely return to try more of their rooms. Had so much fun! All the staff were really friendly and welcoming but our game Dayna was outstanding! All the clues and hints were in character and even made us laugh a good few times. She made it one of the best I have ever done. The Viking game was amazingly decorated and super fun. Ben was an absolutely superstar! He was hilarious and did all the voices. He looked after us so well. We had so much fun!! I would definitely this room. Such a experience. You get buzzed into the door and do have to go up stairs to get to the waiting area which is a little cosy. However, they have made good use of the area with tables and seating provided. There is also a bar where you can get a drink and a few tabletop games to keep you amused whilst you wait. The event can be a little claustrophobic feeling due to a combination of the size of the and how much is in them. However, if you are okay with that, it is a benefit as it gives you more puzzles (which are also suitable for children of approximately 8yrs and over to be able to join in with) to solve giving a better game experience. Unlike other I have been to we didn't actually get locked in for the duration and we were told we could exit the whenever we needed if we wanted to go to the toilet etc. The staff were very friendly and joked along with us getting into character of somebody you would expect to see in the we chose. At the end there were a few novelty props for us to use to take our victory photo hats/headbands etc. which was s nice little extra touch. We would definitely go again. I had so much fun! Her commitment to the accent the entire was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and bubbly. This is the second we've been here and both times the was amazing, the puzzles were challenging but doable and you could ask for help without them just telling you the answers. And last ( we had nat in the Alice in wonderland) the hosts were so nice and amazing. Can't wait to come back I would like to say thank you for such a fab day. Robin who dealt with us over the phone when booking, and on the day of the session was so helpful to ensure we had all the information for our team member in a wheelchair. She really did add to the fun and made sure we were comfortable with what to expect. Excellent family for 4, DD 14yrs, DS 17yrs. Managed to book on the day before visiting as wasn't exactly sure of our plans/timings whilst in Liverpool. And very pleased we did. Needed quite a few tips from our fab host, Dayna. We did the Pirates experience, it wasn't babyish at all & had an impressive variety of puzzles, riddles and problems to solve, some admittedly with Dayna's helpful directions as to where to direct our attentions next. Very clear instructions beforehand, and both helped us out when we got too stuck during the game (so realistic but also slightly comedic at times which we loved). Puzzles were fun, honestly more challenging than I'd assumed (in a good way) theming was chefs kiss and our Game Master, Dayna was an absolute delight for putting up with our stupidity 😊 would come back here again for another experience. Our host, Lizzie, was brilliant in keeping us on track with subtle hints when needed. Could not this enough to any group of friends who are after a fun activity to do at the Albert docks Excellent to finish off the holiday on with 2 seconds to spare. Have heard so much about this place through friends so my girlfriend and I decided to give it a go. Lizzie was friendly and talkative from the get-go, and made us feel extremely accommodated. She worked so efficiently to get us in to our room, and did a job immersing us in to the world of Alice in Wonderland! My partners favourite character is the Cheshire cat and she was loving every second. I would this place to anyone, no matter your age or interest as there seems to be something for everyone! We booked early in the day and arrived and was welcomed in by Dayna who was fantastic throughout. The its self was amazing and well designed. We hadn’t done an for a long so it was tricky to start off but when you get going everything ticks. We absolutely loved our Dayna and how interactive she was through giving hints and tips, she even had a Cheshire cat character voice when giving hints which added to the room.
