If you want to drink beer, be prepared to drink something utterly disgusting! (also they don't have coke (the drink)) It's great to be able to go outside to get some fresh air and to cool down during a party (though something to keep people dry from the rain would be welcome). Great bar, nice restaurant and a stage for live music. I really liked the venue. I went to listen to the music and enjoyed the whole evening at Groene Engel. Service was pretty good. The property is divided into 3 sections, so one can choose to go to the restaurant, podium (for e.g. live performances for a small seated or standing audience), and a bar/pub. The health pass checks at the poor a quick. Excellent venue: sound was good, view of the stage is good throughout the and if you want you can get craft beer from the in house cafe "next door".
