Mostly because we read something in one of the tourist maps from the nearby Center Parcs. And yes, if you are in this area, you must stop at the "Ijssalon Clever", if you are into ice-cream! Be early or getting a table (and there are lots of them) might be a challenge. It starts with the arrangement of the "menu" and the names they've given their ice creations. And when you see what you get, you will be surprised: the team from "Ijssalon Clever" doesn't simply make ice-cream, the server CREATIONS! This is what you get, when someone decides that on itself is delicious but in combinations with other sweets might become a dream. OK ... I have to stop here. Only standard phrases and that’s it. It's so hard to choose! The menu is very extensive and each item is unique. Everything looks delicious and we liked the ones that we ordered. They made me a vegan coupe and it was delicious. They didn't have any vegan toppings..(sprinkles or cookies) but the compensation for that was amazing.
