The rule of no food or drinks from the outside is a bit unfair considering how terribly bad the food they sell it. The bar is decent but the little “restaurant” is not what it should be. We liked that you can set up tents there, haven’t personally tried it but the doing it seemed to have a time. It’s a big plus that you can bring your dog on weekdays but keep in mind there’s quite a few strays around there. We were exhausted after searching a camping for many hours. We finally got to the place. The owner showed his mercy and let us stay for the night. The place is amazing itself, very well organized. If you come with kids you need to always have an eye on kids and mandatory safety equipment/life jacket. Beside that everything was great: amenities, beach, facilities, fair prices. Well, what can I say about this place? It's not far from Bucharest, which is definitely a big plus. Basically, it’s best to arrive around 10 AM, because by noon it gets very crowded and all the sunbeds are taken. Prices at the bar are fairly reasonable — for example, a draft Stella Artois costs 18 lei. You can come with your own tents. If all the sunbeds are occupied, it's better to bring a umbrella and some chairs or a blanket. I didn’t try the local food from the kitchen, but it looked pretty appetizing. The is clean, and the itself is quite deep. The entrance has some pebbles, so you should either go in carefully or bring shoes or Crocs. There’s a slide and a pier you can jump from. Overall, the experience was positive — definitely a place worth visiting. Great location, you feel like being at the seaside in just less than an hour from Bucharest. A lot of activities available. On the territory there are normal comfortable toilets, changing rooms and even shower. Three bars, a food court - food trucks. There is a place to sit down and eat (tables and chairs under a canopy.) Water activities - for every taste! SUP surfing, wakeboarding, aquabike, inflatable slides and trampolines - and not only for children! If you do not know how to do any of these sports - you will be taught. There are instructors, they will tactfully tell you what and how to do. Wakeboarding - 25 min with an instructor - 250.00 lei. 10 min on your own - 120.00 lei. The is not crystal clear, but relatively clean, warm, the descent into the is steep and there are stones - it is a bit painful to go down into the water, 3 meters from the shore - and immediately deep. Children need to be supervised! Lifeguards are working, all the staff on the territory are friendly! They regularly clean up the trash. The territory is quite clean. I was very pleased with the visit! Unfortunately the commercial music at maximum spoils the vibe. At least in certain areas of the it would be much better if there was no music, or if it was just ambient There is free parking before the entrance. Unfortunately on SUPs sometimes swim into the wakeboarding area. I went on Sunday early time and there still was not a lot of people, later on the area was full of people. Really great facilities and we got to swim in the wonderful with weather. Music was good, food was what more could one ask for in a day out at the lake. Totally recommend it! The Food: ordered 3 mici + fries meal deal at 50 lei and was told it may take up to an hour for it to be ready. We were fine with it but we were called in 40 minutes to pick up cold mici + cold fries. How is this possible? Very nice place , a lot of possibilities for fun . Advertised That they have electricity. However the electricity kept going out every 5 minutes, across the whole park!, would not recommend at all! 0 stars! Not to mention the 1 hour and 47 min waiting time, when only 3 were in line! I’m honestly torn about how to rate this. Trqz used to be one of my absolute favorite places - chill vibes, watersports, music, and nothing like the over-the-top scene you’d find at commercial pools or noisy public BBQ spots. But something shifted lately. This Sunday was a strange experience: the place was already packed, yet large groups kept being let in. At one point, a group laid down their blankets right by the lake, basically blocking the entrance, and swam fully clothed - shoes and all; screaming, swearing and joking (?) about how they were peeing in the etc. Normally, I dislike client filtering or double standards, but it feels unfair to charge guests for entry and umbrella spots, ban personal bottles, and then allow behavior that disrupts everyone else’s experience. The staff clearly saw what was happening - especially the guy handling umbrella payments - but didn’t step in. Honestly, it might be time to reconsider having security present. I’ll likely stick to visiting on weekdays from now on, if at all.
