It can get crowded on Sundays or when there is a religious holiday but apart from that there is almost no one there except the nuns and the priests. Definitely worth a visit if you have 20-30 minutes to spend in this area Lovely place but the monastery is still under repairs. A lightly frequented, but beautiful place...full of greenery, peace and quiet. Worth a detour, if only for the paintings done by Grigorescu and the nice architecture of the various buildings. Fermecați de predica părintelui Damian care slujește la această mănăstire dar în același timp dezamăgiți de comportamentul dânsului.Sotul meu mergând la biserica într-o zi obișnuită în disperarea că l.ar putea ajuta sau îndruma sau cel puțin de a schimba câteva cuvinte cu dânsul,pur și simplu la ignorat total nici măcar nu la băgat în seamă.A incercat să.i spună câteva dureri cel apăsau fiind bolnav de cancer cu metastaze,ia aruncat o carte să o citească și la trimis acasă.🙁Păcat mergeam cu drag de ani de zile.Iar dânsul a avut un accident în trecut și a fost în rugăciunile noastre....Ce pot spune este că aparent pare un preot atât de bun...pfff dar de fapt am rămas uimită când soțul s-a acasă plângând povestindu.mi întâmplarea....
