It was old hall in middle of and glad to see the whole area has been upgraded. It s the only green zone from Ploiesti city with trees and one artificial lake(dirty and full of mosquitos). In summer it s very crowded with childrens and gypsys. It has a small restaurant (terrace). Nice park. It can be better! Some people are trowing trash on the ground. Needs huge investment from the city of Ploiesti. The has a big potential but is let in disarray by local authorities. Also when is getting dark it's getting unsafe. The so called local police, better called rag tag corrupt band of dudes is quasi ineffective. Footsal, volleyball, basketball, gymnastics, box , concerts and beer festivals... seen and lived it all here. Lovely worth maintaining. Ok Great place if you want to get out of the house, run, bike or just relax. Easy acces, free parking next by. Seats are comfortable, a bit close to eachother but i can see clearly the match. AC works perfectly. No crowded. I recomend the basketball games The is a perfect place to spend a weekend afternoon outdoors. There are basketball courts, football pitches, a running track, nice alleys, plenty of benches by the river. Recently they have even added a workout zone. The only downside is the lack of toilets. A very nice and a very clean one. Perfect for spending quality time with friends or with family. Also, there are some nice places that are very romantic and you can take your date there. The sports hall is nice, big and clean and you can practice any kind of sport there.
