Plenty of equipment to use, in good condition. There is also a large pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Everything is included in membership and according to my sister prices are very good. Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. Definitely worth getting full membership Staff and facilities are A1 - best gym in Dundalk by a mile. Had a voucher for here, when presented was firmly told it was already used. It wasn't. After several minutes waiting they eventually said they made a 'digit' mistake. Very embarrassing in front of others. Poor customer service. Could not recommend. Total lack of any ambience also. Gym follow social distancing protocol. Temperature check upon entering the facility. Mini towel given to every member; for wiping the equipment after usage. Instructor are always available for any assistance. Wifi works well, staff are very professional and helpful. I mostly go for the swimming pool, sauna and steam room, which are excellent. Gym is also well equipped and generally accessible when not at peak hours. Don’t get me wrong I like this gym, probably 2nd nicest gym in Dundalk, but it doesn’t seem like there’s much care put into place. The interior (wood and carpet) is extremely old and not nice at all… Some machines are rusty and look like they have been through years of use. 2nd jacuzzi has been out for how long?? Also why are the sprays at such inconvenient places? People don’t really use them because who knows where they are. Lack of bins to throw out tissue… Worst part is the cleanliness, it’s not very clean. Dust on every skirt, and even the changing room showers have hairs every time I go shower. Other gyms I’ve been to have a cleaner in the changing rooms at all busy times and I barely see one in Felda. So many teenagers there too who really don’t know what they’re doing and using up machines. I hope that these points could be considered because it seems like nobody has said this and I’m not sure why. Theres so many years of dirt built up in the vents above the showers that it falls on top of you when showering. And the gym floor is only hoovered, never cleaned with a proper machine with liquid cleaner. Bad practice starts with management and the manager here does not care at all.
