Great local restaurant and bar! The food here is delicious, and the is friendly. Our Airbnb host recommended this spot for lunch, and we're so glad she did. We had the potato leek soup with soda bread, and it was fantastic. We'll definitely be back! Food is fantastic and so is the drink. Very large area for food which is great. Most pubs can get quite loud because of all the different people but Keelings is great as it never gets too loud. They had their Sunday carvery menu on, so all 4 of us had roast beef with all the trimmings. Amazing portions & I don't think I've had tastier, most tender beef. Myself and my friend went to Keelings on new years eve for a meal. From the minute we stepped in the door the atmosphere was lovely. The young ladies who looked after us were really lovely and super efficient. The food was amazing. I had the fajitas and they were gorgeous. My friend had the tenders and they were amazing too. All in all it's a superb eatery and I would highly recommend it. Excellent food, best crispy burger in the galaxy. Brilliant service, barman brought drinks to our table in the lounge as he saw my golf companion was limping from the hip. I searched in internet restaurants for food and it has reviews, i saw the opinnions good, entered to the restaurant, they have the menu on a table, the waiter say me "take the menu and go to the cashier, you must pay before" i did it. When i sat down, some tables next to me were occuped a waiter attend then at their tables, and they brought their food before than me, and she asked they if it was everithing ok. When she served me the food with no repect. The rest of the people of the restaurant pay after eat, me no. The quality of the food regular, poteitos with much grass They are racist, and if you are foreign no go I was waiting 20 minutes after opening a tab before I had to go to the bar, stand and wait to order my food. I got a garlic bread and curry. Presentation was but the temperature of the curry was unbelievable. Burned my mouth on the first bite waited 15 minutes, stirring the food to cool down and it was still steaming. The asked me to wait for the food to cool down. I told them I've been stirring it for the last 15 minutes. The floor then made a fuss about the situation. Insisting I took the food home. Claimed the chef tried it and it wasn't too hot, 15 minutes after serving. I was still charged for the food and I left the "takeaway box" with them. €38 on two pints and some garlic bread. Disgraceful Amazing cuisine!! The buffalo tenders were to die for. Our waitress, I believe her name was Leah(was on her necklace), had such manners and service !
